How much notice do you need to prepare an order? I tried to order online, and it said there was no availability?

A. 36 Hours notice is how our online ordering system has been set up. 

However, if your event is in less than 36 hours please email us at gorgeouslygrazed@gmail.com with "ORDER 36HRS" in the subject header- if we can make your order happen, we absolutely will

Because after all, we are here to make the people happy, one delicious bite at a time.  

 

Where do you deliver to, and are there delivery fees?

A. We absolutely offer a delivery service and offer a flat rate delivery fee of $10, servicing pockets of East Brisbane and Redlands Coast.

If you live outside of these areas and would love to order yourself or a loved one, a gorgeous grazer.  Let's chat ..

Do I need to be home to receiver my grazer?

Yes, we require someone to receive and sign for the order.

Food safety is of paramount importance at Gorgeously Grazed. 

We have implemented many protocols across the business to ensure that any potentially hazardous foods, are kept safe at each step of our processes.  Ensuring the ultimate quality and experience.

If you or the recipient is not home when we arrive at the agreed upon delivery time, your order will return to our kitchen, and a re-delivery fee of $27.50 will be applied, and is to be paid prior to the re-delivery being dispatched.

(Yes, the redelivery fee is higher, we have to pay staff extra wages that have not been accounted for, and also additional fuel)

Any toll's incurred will also be charged as will choose the quickest re-delivery route. 

Pick Up will only be available if we have someone at our HQ Kitchen in Mansfield.

 

What Dietary requirements can you cater for?

Our menu provides options for Gluten Free, Vegetarian, Dairy Free & Vegan. 

We source only the best ingredients, and they are prepared carefully in a shared licensed kitchen.

**If you have severe allergies or need the guarantee of 'NO TRACES' then unfortunately we CANNOT make this promise, we encourage you to source catering options of an allergen free kitchen** 

 

Why does my grazer look a little different than what is pictured on the website?

Our Philosophy is to source premium seasonal produce, from local farmers, bakers and makers.

We will never compromise the quality or the experience that is given to our clients by choosing sub-par fruits and vegetables. 

Therefore, we make no guarantee our boxes will look exactly the same, our grazers are bespoke, and handmade, therefore each will be an individual work of art.

I really love the look of your grazers, but wondered if I can change the ingredients?

 I want to cancel/change my order date? Are there fee's and how do I go about it?

The best place to start is to read the refund/amendment policy on our website. This will have all the information you will need.

All requests are to be issued via email, in writing to gorgeouslygrazed@gmail.com with the subject heading "ORDER AMMENDMENT"

All fees if applicable are to be paid prior to any confirmation of date changes.

All refunds will be processed within 24 hours of request being received.
